We love the location, the villa is beautiful as are the pools and garden. We have had the best time here, a family of 12 for our daughters wedding at Limni Dock. The Flyaway bar has been amazing, sorted the wedding neal for us and service was great. Taxi services have been efficient and friendly and hire cars great. We will return, as a couple to Polis area, but obviously in a smaller house. Overall, brilliant. Bryan

A wonderful time had by all at this excellent villa. Sing the housekeeper is fabulous and couldnt be more helpful. Just a few snags as listed above. Agni travels service was excellent as always.
Rested a large family. With children from two years. It was the 5th visit to this Villa. Everybody loved it. Children love to swim in the small pool. We played football on the grass. We stayed at the Villa for four weeks. When it came time to leave, everyone wanted to stay even longer.
Well maintained and the service was excellent! The facilities at the villa were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The pool and BBQ were used extensively and the large outdoor space was a real bonus. The only minus point was the cats that were around the property.
Overall Id rate Villa Xenios Dias as a 4 star. We travelled with 4 small children and 4 adults and had a brilliant time. The rooms are huge and each has an en suite, the outside space is fantastic with both pools being big and the kids loved the small pool and spent pretty much every day there. The local area is very quiet just a couple of restaurants and an ice cream place. getting to them shouldve been really simple but they were repairing the road so you had to go across a building site (not great with kids). The local beach was almost empty and is just a strip next to the road, its also quite windy so we spent almost all our time at the villa. Theres plenty of fixed shade and loads of p

Love this Villa. Were on it for the fourth time. Rested family with children. Very convenient when there is a childrens pool. On the field the children were playing football. Close to the beach, restaurants and shop. Will definitely be back next year.

Better than the description, lovely surprise. Could not fault the villa. Perfect location and the facilities were more than we ever hoped for. The welcome pack of bread, milk, wine etc was much appreciated especially as we didnt arrive until late. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be back
This villa was above and beyond. When we arrived there were beautiful fresh flowers in vases that were handpicked from the garden laid on the tables and in some of the bedrooms, bread, milk and fruit....everything was so homey - you could feel that special touch when you arrived in the villa. Apart from it being spotlessly clean, you could tell that someone had taken those extra few moments to add something special. The bedrooms were expansive, comfortable with cozy fleece blankets. The kitchen was equipped with literally anything you could think of. There was a separate washroom with a huge washing machine and dryer (probably 10kg size). I personally dont think the interior pictures
Fantastic property grounds views and outside space. The property was clean throughout and we were made very welcome from arrival. The pool area was fantastic for entertaining and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area out the back was great for al fresco dining - the fans are a brilliant addition. A great villa and a great holiday.
Such a wonderful villa! We were a party of 7, using all 5 bedrooms. The website description didn't show all 5 en-suite bathrooms, the extra downstairs toilet and the garden toilet or two showers - all additional benefits. There was plenty of room, and the pools were fantastic. The shady seating areas were really appreciated as the temperature regularly reached 40+ while we were there. Thank goodness for the air-conditioning too! The views and the location were fabulous - we didn't do much exploring, this was meant to be a relaxing holiday, and that is exactly what it was. We very much hope to visit again one day.
One of the best places in the area the villa is great for large family all rooms are big and airy with an attached bathroom and shower. The kitchen is well equipped the pool is excellent and the sea views are outstanding. We will come back
Villa was superb. It was huge and even better equipped than advertised with pool towels and tumble dryer available. Four poster bed in the massive master bedroom wasn't even pictured on the website and was fantastic. Views of the sea were amazing. Views of the mountains just as good. Loved it

He invited us for a homemade Greek dinner which was cooked by the Aunt of the owner. We found everything we needed in the house. Xenios was just what we were looking for, the grounds and space you get with this villa are truly outstanding. The villa was just as described and depicted and we really did not want to go home. We were totally taken aback just how lovely the villa and Cyprus in general is and we will definitely be returning. We used the outside space the most and it was a true blessing to have a fan under the covered terrace as it does get very warm.
