This is the third time we have stayed at the Villa Pepe and in spite of minor niggles have enjoyed it immensely. It is perfectly placed for us, with the supermarkets only a five minute walk away and Playa Blanca a short taxi ride, although we did not venture out this time due to the current situation. If things improve by next September we shall definitely be considering re-booking. Cheryl

Approximately 15-20mins walk to marina for bars and restaurant so probably not the best for anyone with walking difficulties if they intent to walk for the entire holiday. Lovely clean villa, adequate space for party of five adults!
Brilliant. The villa was lovely and clean as was the outdoor area and the pool. Well equiped, particularly loved the dishwasher. The location was really good, on the quieter side but thats how we prefer it. It was only 400 - 500 mtrs from the promenade. We stayed for 2 weeks but should have stayed for 3 weeks. So relaxing.

The location of the villa was very good, quite and easy to find. The villa location is great for a 15 minute slow stroll to the harbour which has some lovely restaurants, bars and the live singers/ bands are very good. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote and it is not too commercial which is refreshing, mind you it is like visiting Mars looking at the scenery, breath taking and some very pretty beaches.
Villa Pepe was a lovely villa. It was very clean and tidy. It was like being home from home with all the facilities you needed. Kids really enjoyed it and the pool was just the right size for us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of blankets if it got cold at night. It was walking distance down to the sea front, harbour and town where all the restaurants are. Local supermarket down the road which was really handy. We all had a fantastic holiday and would recommend it to anybody. Will defiantly be going back.
The villa is in a great location and the outside area is good, we did use the bus to get into town on an evening as the stop was so close.

Excellent location of Villa facilities. Everything within walking distance - Supermarket only minutes walk from Villa. Villa Pepe is located up the road from Marina Rubicon where the market is on every Wednesday and Friday. Very clean throughout and well maintained.
We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the villa was adequate for our needs. Although it was only a 15 minute walk into the mariner and and very pleasant and further 15-20 minutes to the main town it was a little too far out. But we absolutely love Lanzarote and enjoyed our stay.
We spent a great 10 days in Villa Pepe. Just a few minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket and just a few minutes further walk to the sea. A lovely 20 minute walk along a well lit coastal path to Marina Rubicon - a lovely place to spend evenings in the many bars restaurants ice-cream parlours and cocktail bars. The villa was clean and tidy and a good layout. Plenty of storage for clothes and cases.The pool was cleaned during our stay and bedding was also changed. This is the 3rd time we have booked a villa in Lanzarote with Agni Travel and would definitely recommend them to friends. This is the first time that we have also hired a car for the duration of our holiday. This went smoothly -
Nice villa in a good location, would stay again
Villa Pepe was clean, well laid out villa. Had all you needed on a holiday. Comfy beds shutters on windows and plenty of towels etc. Bedding and towels were changed weekly, villa cleaned weekly pool cleaned regularly. Good outdoor space, sun loungers, nice pool, very private, not overlooked. Quiet area. Few minutes walk from large supermarket. Bus stop nearby No.30 bus 2 per hour. Easy 20 min. walk along promenade to Rubicon Marina carry on another 20 min to town centre. Would return to this Villa again.
Everything worked like a charm, all equipment was available as stated in your website for this property. TV, Satellite, Internet Microwave, Toaster etc.... everything was there and functioning. Awesome! We had a great time at Villa Pepe in Lanzarote.

We had a good holiday in Villa Pepe. It is located close enough to the beach and the super market. It is a good place for daytrips. There are some very nice beaches nearby.
We have had EXCELLENT service from the time we began planning our holiday to the time we came home. I would recommend using Agni Travel and to visit Villa Pepe. Everything was as advertised more. We will definitely be returning.
We had a great time in Villa Pepe. The heated pool was a bonus as the weather was not that good. We found the sheltered garden a good sun trap when it got windy. We could walk to good beaches restaurants and shops. Good location and we had a car for trips into Playa Blanca town which was a bit further away. Our communication with the Agni Travel team was very good and they responded quickly to phone enquiries.
The villa is lovely, it is a great size, is well equipped and well looked after. It is located in an area that is away from the hustle and bustle so when chilling in the great outside space it offers it is nice and peaceful. There is a supermarket and a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk away. The Marina is located about a mile away (15 -20 min walk) and the Old Town of Playa Blanca about 2 miles. The walk to both can be taken on the promenade along the seafront.We would stay in this villa again.

We are just back after spending an extremely relaxing week at Villa Pepe. The villa was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the outside patio and pool area because of the privacy and very comfortable loungers. Everything was provided at the villa including plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The convenience of the supermarket which stocked everything we needed and the bus stop were an added bonus which meant that we did not hire a car as planned. The villa is located in a lovely area which was very safe and secure and we would definitely recommend this villa for an enjoyable holiday.

The villa was fantastic, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a home from home experience. The pool was lovely and the location was nice and quiet . Close to a local taverna and supermarket and a nice walk down to marina rubicom. Staff were helpful especially Wayne the pool maintenance guy. Nice villa.
A well place villa easy access to bus route clean well equipped. Only thing that would have helped us where plastic beakers as a young family and fans but no complaints at all first class good price and probably the best villa we have stayed in.
Overall we had a very relaxing time the villa was peaceful and close to amenities.We would go back to Playa Blanca it is one of the best resorts we have stayed in.
