The villa, built and finished to a high standard, is set over 2 floors (with an additional basement, at pool level, that is empty and not used).
Access via the main door is to the living area, with comfortable sofas, kitchen area, dining area and beautiful shaded terraces. A double bedroom and a shower room are also located on this level.
Stairs lead up to 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single) and a family bathroom. The rooms open onto beautiful terraces offering panoramic views to the sea.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
