The villa is set on one floor and entrance is via the pool area directly onto the pleasant lounge/dining area. Immediately after there is the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A lovely week with friends. Villa in a lovely area. Returning again in April. Rubicon Marina 20 min walk, Playa Dorado Beach 40 min walk. Lovely promenade walk. Would recommend car hire and not to miss Papagayo which is stunning. Villa and pool lovely, spotlessly clean and good facilities.
The property is in a very quiet area - really nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool. Only 15 mins from the Marina where there are many lovely restaurants.
