In the days when the threat of assault by pirates was quite possible, Magazia was once the 'city' of Paxos! Nowadays there are just a few small cafes and taverna in a quiet hamlet. Overlooking the Erimitis cliffs sits the adjacent chapel of Agioi Apostoloi. Besides the chapel, there is a nice bar with incomparable views of the sunset.

Brilliant holiday .. millers cottage is just lovely. We have booked up for next year. Many thanks.
It was a beautiful well-equipped villa in a peaceful location approx 5 mins drive from the center of Gaios where there was plenty of life if you want it. There is an excellent beach nearby and also great restaurants and bars within a few minutes drive from the villa and the sea are only 5 minutes drive away. Otherwise, the villa is cozy and rooms are comfortable, and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. We visited Loggos and Lakka a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious specialties in local tavernas there. We had a nice relaxed holiday and we are coming back again next year.
The Millers Cottage was a spectacular, with absolutely no issues. We liked to book a villa in a private isolated setting far from the outside world and we found the Millers Cottage to be our best holiday retreat. The location is nice and quite, but is still near to Gaios and other local amenities: beaches, tavernas, bars, etc. Overall nice holiday. Thank you, Agni for being extremely helpful & giving us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with you again for next year.
