Swimming Pool
Steps down from the villa lead to the magnificent swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace with plenty of room for sunbeds and overlooking the rural valley of Avlaki and the mountains beyond. Shade is provided by parasols and there is also natural shade from the trees that fringe 1 side of the terrace.Located at 1 end of the pool is a shaded barbecue area with shaded table and chairs.
The property enjoys a great deal of privacy, provided by the gardens that surround it. On the south facing slope there is a great variety of mature trees - shady palms, lemon, olive and cherry trees, making a natural screen between the property and the road to the beach.
The Michelangelo Village is just a 15 minute walk away, and there you will find a supermarket, taverna and bars. A little further afield is the resort of Kassiopi which offers supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, daily excursions, chemist, internet access and much more. The beautiful white shingle beach of Avlaki is less than a 5 minute walk away. The more energetic can try their hand at windsurfing or dinghy sailing. There are 2 beach-front tavernas and a riding stables close by.

It was a fabulous holiday and the Villa was part of that. Really lovely pool and good views. Everything we needed and close to a great beach where you can do water sports eg kayaking and paddle boarding.

We have just came back from holidays in Cochelli Villa. Wer spent a week there and are very satisfied about the villa itself and the high level of service. Helen, the owner, is a very kind person who reacted quickly to our needs. It was very kind of her to bring extra bed covering when it turned out that the first few nights were quite cold. The vicinity of the villa is very quiet as it is in a village. the surrounding greenery is spectacular. At the end of April there are hardly any tourists. If you decide to come here in April it is better to rent a car to get to the nearby Kassiopi where you can find a range of good tavernas ,as in Avlaki the local restaurants are not yet open. i

fantastic thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cochelli villas upper the accommodation as was great and the holiday was great overall just perfect.
Very much enjoyed our recent holiday. Accommodation was as we expected and very clean. The air conditioning worked well which was fortunate as there was little breeze. The pool area was clean and inviting and good for older children. We liked the location and did find a car useful for shopping, etc due to the heat. In August reservations are essential if you want to eat at a particular restaurant. We would happily return to Villa Cochelli.

A lovely apartment and setting quiet location. We did have some very windy days and not easy to sit out on the balconys because of it but lovely to have a choice of front or back balcony. The apartment is very well fitted out for self catering. The lady who comes in to clean does an amazing job she keeps it spotless. The pool is lovely with good sun beds and kept very clean.
The holiday was as per usual really good, the accommodation is of the usual high standard which makes for a more enjoyable holiday. Peaceful, idyllic, lovely location and the usual very friendly people. Once again many thanks, we loved the holiday.
Lovely quiet relaxing holiday.
We had a wonderful stay at Cochelli Villa. The apartment was clean, quiet and had lovely views from each of the balconies. The pool was amazing - a must for hot days We took a 4 year old and an 18 month old and Agni Travel provided us with a travel cot and even bedding and a towel for the baby. Because of the kids we usually cooked at the apartment and we more or less had everything we needed to create a meal. The supermarket at the top of the road was well-stocked and had a friendly owner. They sell the most delicious greek yoghurt and dips there. Yum! The apartment was in a beautiful location just down the road from Avlaki beach - we could walk there in just 5 minutes.
