The villa was, for my party, fantastic. I note that other reviews have complained about the distance to the beach and the cleanliness of the villa. I can only imagine that different people have different expectations - my party and I felt that it was perfectly easy and doable to walk to and from the beach may times throughout the day, it literally is a minute, maybe less. The villa I thought was clean enough, there are some minor signs of wear and tear which is to be expected I think with the amount of use it clearly gets. All in all I would stay here again, the location is great, the villa is lovely and spacious, its at the bottom of a track in farmland with only a couple of other vi

Villa was the perfect choice for holidaying with my parents, who have limited mobility. Property set next to the beach, with path directly to the beach. The coastal path is smooth and you can rent electric buggies to go into the village. My mother, along wth grand daughter simply loved this! Was one of the best family holidays every.

We had a great time! The villa is great for the beach and an easy walk to Latchi or Polis if you don't want to drive. Hiring a boat from Latchi made for a fun day out. Restaurants nearby all very good!

We had an amazing holiday enjoyed every minute the villa had everything we needed and more is very spacious clean and modern.The family were all friendly and made a much better job of talking English than we did Cypriot. I would recommend this villa, but you would definitely need a car which is no problem the roads are very quiet.
Again we had a lovely time at Achilles Beach Thio - this was our 3rd time at this Villa and we will be returning again this year at the end of August for 2 weeks. We have also stayed in Achilles Beach villa next door and again the standard of the villa is high.
Overall I liked the villa; spacious, great location and overall pretty clean. Achilles Beach Villa Thio in the corner gives a good privacy. All that we needed was there and worked fine. It was a good place to stay for our 19 day vacation. Agni helped out well when needed. We enjoyed our stay in Cyprus.
Yet again we enjoyed our stay at Achillies - third time now. We hope to be back in May 2015. Owners were helpful but discrete and attention to detail within the villa and surrounding area of the villa was good. Thank you.
