Villa Roca Nova is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor, from the entrance, you get into the open lounge/dining room with access to the pool area. The well equipped kitchen has an access to the BBQ area in the garden. There are one double room with an en suite bathroom with a bath and a twin bedroom. On this ground floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. A further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower has a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool.

It was spotlessly clean and quite spacious. Also very private and well-kept home. Fantastic property in a lovely location with just enough tavernas, restaurants, bars...and nearby to almost everything beaches, seasides, promenades. We have booked again for 2022. Mallorca is perfect as ever; its why we come back year after year!
The property was within walking distance of the beach and restaurant. Lovely walk along the promenade and great restaurants around the Marina. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. Agni was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.
I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Cala D Or were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only three minutes walk away. The town is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.
