On the ground floor is an open-plan living/dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite and terrace access; and a family bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and balcony access and two twin bedrooms as well as a family bathroom.
Living Room
The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace along with sea views.
Kitchen
The air-conditioned kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed. En suite bathroom.

AMAZING !
The villa exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. There was sun in the garden and in the pool all day - lovely!
End of the season, however, we still had sun every day and it was warm enough for beach and swimming. Villa was larger than we expected and had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival! nearby Port Latchi taverna, by Nesterous was our fav.
This Villa was of an excellent standard with everything you need. Just want we needed.
This Villa was in the perfect location for our Holiday. The Villa is very spacious, clean, nice sea views and beautiful garden. We spend most our time in the pool and relaxing outdoors.The villa deserves a 5 star , and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you again. Family Rogers.
