Villa Zinia is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The ground floor of the villa has a dining and living areas, fully -equipped kitchen, twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom as well as another bathroom. Both bedrooms have balcony access with stunning views.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
Kitchen

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location right to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Paphos over the past 9 years but the Villa Zinia is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, bars, and most important the beach nearby (within walking distance). Also, you can find other local shops and a bakery, and other stores for day-to-day supplies at near town Polis. You need only a 10-15 minute drive to Polis and Latchi to a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches... While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Argaka (Argaka Sandy and Paradise Beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Great holiday spent at Villa Zinia and Argaka. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)
You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful Villa. The Villa Zinia and Argaka made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. Great sea views and nice amazing sunsets from the terrace and upper balcony. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Argaka very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)
