<div>Well at last we have booked our 10 year anniversary holiday for August...WITHOUT THE KIDS!!!</div><div>
</div><div>Were off to the Aquis Agios Gordis for a little week. We stayed at the Sandy beach in St George's South last year so if the standard is the same or better than we cant go wrong.</div><div>
</div><div>Never stayed at Agios Gordis before but from the sounds of things its right up our street. We have spent a few times at Sidari, Kassiopi but I think Roda up to now is why we fell in love with Corfu so hoping Gordis is up there with it.</div><div>
</div><div>Not much info on the hotel on this forum so I will let you all know what its like when I get back but the reviews on TA seem good enough for me
</div><div>
</div><div>Only 11 weeks left

Hi Nathsamk,<div>
</div><div>Agios Gordis is brilliant - I'm sure you will love it.</div><div>
</div><div>Make sure you go to 'Stevens on the Hill' just down from the hotel on the road to the village - great food and a wonderful family. They do Greek nights, BBQ nights etc. NOT TO BE MISSED.</div><div>

I'm sure you will have a great time but try to venture out in the village a little. There are loads of lovely places and everyone is very friendly. Asspasia who runs To Ortholithi, which is the nearest bar to the hotel on the beach, is a gem. <div></div><div>Have a late night in Robins Nest, its mad but great fun. If you need to know anything else just ask George at Gee Bees supermarket next to the bus stop

<div style="text-align: left;">Thanks everyone, we are really looking forward to what sounds like a very friendly and welcoming place. We always make a point of not staying at the hotel all the time and will be having a wander round both day and night especially on the Wednesday night for our anniversary, weve been told about Angelias I thinks its called in the next village but we are open to suggestions for somewhere special.</div><div style="text-align: left;">
</div><div style="text-align: left;">Cant wait</div>

Dear Nathsamk, we started off at the Hotel you are staying at and really enjoyed the resort. As others have said you must visit Stevens on the Hill for a drink or two. You can also use the pool and the restaurant is fantastic. We have been back to the resort and stayed at Stevens for many years. One thing is for sure in that you will be spending many future years visiting Agios Gordios. You will not be disappointed.

Angelas is a very special place because of the owners. You will get home-grown, home-cooked food (what they have available that day) and the most friendly welcome ever. It would be an experience you would remember. A lovely place with views down to Ag from their roof terrace.
