At Arrecife airport, as you come out of arrivals, there is a taxi waiting area directly in front with a queue of taxis. (There is no need to pre-book a taxi.) Go to the one at the front, give the driver your driving instructions and villa address. As a guide, the official fares are:

Originally a small fishing village, Puerto Del Carmen has grown into a delightful holiday resort, saved from the high-rise buildings that blight so many other destinations due to the strict planning restrictions.
