The ground floor entrance leads into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, off which is a double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a second double bedroom with en suite, plus two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. Another staircase takes you up to the wonderful roof terrace offering seclusion and sea views over Kalkan and to the Greek mainland.
The large air-conditioned lounge offers a cool and light meeting place for the whole family. Plenty of space in this room ensures maximum comfort. Doors open directly onto the pool terrace.
Villa Tios has a full sized kitchen (air-conditioned ) with plenty of work space and large fridge freezer. A door from the kitchen leads directly onto the pool terrace.
Downstairs is a large double bedroom with bathroom.
Upstairs there are two twins and a double with its own en suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
