Villa Verde is a pretty 2 bedroomed villa with exceptionally private pool and stunning sea views. Set overlooking the beautiful beach front village of Tsoukalades with tavernas and shops within walking distance.

Bungalow design, sleeping 2-5 people. Villa Belvedere Verde has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both of which have their own en suite and sun terrace. The house has the added benefit of air conditioning throughout, essential during the hot summer months.

The lounge with typical Ionian timbered ceiling has comfortable sofas and patio doors that open out directly to the shaded dining terrace with stunning coastal views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and has ample storage and worktop space.

Villa Belvedere Verde has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (1 Double and 1 Twin) however an extra folding bed can be provided if required, suitable for the lounge (which is also air conditioned) or placed in one of the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a large iron framed double bed. The room also enjoys French windows through which you will find the pool terrace. The crisp, fresh en suite bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over.

Doors open, from the master bedroom, directly onto the pool terrace.

The second bedroom is a twin and it enjoys similar furnishings and decor to the master bedroom and, again, has access to a sun terrace with sea views.

Villa Belvedere Verde has two modern bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Maid service is included.

The pool and sun large terrace both have fabulous sea views. With relaxing sun loungers and large umbrellas there is plenty of room to chose between topping up that tan or being more cautious and staying in the shade. A handy poolside shower will also help you to cool down!

Tsoukalades

Tsoukalades: The picturesque village of Tsoukalades stands proud, looking down and out over the west coast of Lefkada. It is surrounded by olive groves and has a commanding view of the Ionian sea from many perspectives. The village houses are traditional in style, being separated by narrow streets that offer you a taste of history and the real Lefkada. The village is particularly well known for its stunning sunsets.

Agios Nikitas

Agios Nikitas: The beautiful village of Agios Nikitas, is tucked away on Lefkada's west coast, and is one of the many attractive resorts, grown from a tiny fishing village. The surrounding area is wonderful, with steep hills and valleys covered in olive and pine trees, leading down to beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters.

Vassiliki Lefkada

Vassiliki Lefkada The village of Vassiliki is a small village around a pretty bay. Waterfront tavernas and traditional buildings line the water front, a delightful lunchtime location. The bay is wide and sheltered but is noted for the afternoon winds that blow off the land and, with the comparative shallowness of the sea, make ideal conditions for windsurfing. The sight of hundreds of windsurfers speeding across the water is most exciting, even if you are not a fan of this sport yourself!

Lefkas Town

Lefkada Town (or Lefkas as it is known in English) is the island's capital, located around a harbour. It is a interesting place to visit with multi-coloured buildings and plenty to see and photograph. The buildings and historical architecture are a delight and a pleasureable time can be had walking around the quaint streets.

Nidri (Nydri)

Nidri (Nydri) was once the playground of billionaire Aristotle Onassis and until his death, the area remained quite exclusive and undeveloped. In recent years, however, it has grown into the island's biggest and liveliest resort with many bars and tavernas lining the sea front. Its popularity has a lot to do with the sailing fraternity, who have long made its safe harbour a necessary port of call when in these waters.
