On the east coast of Lefkada, in the perfect location, this villa with private pool is set right on the beach with views across to mainland Greece. Equi-distant between Lefkada Town and the bustling little town of Nidri, this villa is in its own little oasis of peace!
 

A two-storey villa sleeping four to six people. Living room with kitchen and dining area, shower room and utility room. Double doors from sitting room and dining room to verandas overlooking the pool, gardens and sea. Upstairs, two bedrooms with en suite. All air-conditioned.

The living room has seating for six people and included two sofa-beds. TV with DVD/CD player and fireplace. Double doors to veranda and pool terrace.
 

A well-equipped kitchen serves the breakfast room area and double doors open onto the veranda and pool terrace.
 

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The double, master bedroom has an en suite which includes a whirlpool bath with shower over. The washing machine is also housed here. The second bedroom, a twin, has an en suite shower room.

The pool is set in its own terrace with lawned gardens surrounding. A poolside dining table completes the idyllic picture for leisurely lunches followed by a siesta in the shade of the olive trees!

Nikiana

The village of Nikiana is spread along the beach front and a pretty fishing harbour. Nikiana is on the East coast of Lefkas, about nine kilometres South of Lefkas Town. Above the village are the dramatic green hills.
 

Nikiana offers an excellent selection of water-front tavernas which are walkable from the beach house.
