Villa Socrates is a brand new property situated in the hamlet of Agrillias which is a traditional village close to Fiscardo.

The villa is surrounded by a walled garden which features an ancient olive tree and flower filled pots. There are panoramic views of the village of Agrillias with charming village houses set in olive groves. Distant sea views extend to the northern coast of the Pali peninsula and the area is known for its spectacular sunsets.

Villa Socrates is all on one level, with the entrance just a few steps down from the parking area. A patio area with brick built BBQ leads to the front door. An arched hallway takes you directly into the open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen.

There are two bedrooms, a master with double bed and en suite and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom.

The living room has comfortable sofas and is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player.

From the living room, French windows lead out to a poolside terrace where there are additional chairs and table providing a shaded dining area under the pergola.

Villa Socrates has a fully fitted kitchen, featuring ceramic hob, full oven, large fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

An indoor dining area is set between the kitchen and the living room, with views over the pool.

A separate utility room, which houses the washing machine, is located in the hallway next to the twin bedroom.

The master bedroom with large double bed is elegantly furnished and has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

French windows lead out onto the front pool terrace where there are lovely views of the village and the sea.

The twin bedroom has large twin beds and French doors leading to a side garden. A separate shower room is located next to this room.

The master bedroom en suite has a bath as well as shower.

There is an additional separate shower room next to the twin bedroom.

The private pool is a veritable sun trap, surrounded by stone paved patio.

Each evening you can enjoy the most sensational sunsets which reflect over the pool.

Vasilikades

Vasilikades: is a small village just outside of Fiscardo. Filled with traditional stone houses and locals going about their daily lives. There are several Tavernas, pizzeria, cafes, supermarket, chemist and local health clinic as well as a petrol station.

Assos

Assos, is a traditional coastal village with its own national heritage fort overlooking the bay. The village, of about a 100 inhabitants, contains some of the finest examples of Venetian architecture found on Kefalonia. The pretty beach is surrounded by low key tavernas and cafes. Assos is certainly the place to while away the day and do nothing other than take a morning swim, sample the local wine with a spot of lunch and just soak up the peacefulness.

Myrtos

Myrtos, is the most stunning beach on Kefalonia and has been voted one of Europe's most beautiful. A huge cove of white limestone gives the water an incredible turquoise colour; it really is breathtaking.
