Villa Ismini is a modern two-bedroom stylish villa with private swimming pool. Tavernas and a mini market are very close by and it is just a short walk to the sandy beaches of Katelios and St Barbara.

The fully air-conditioned villa is on three levels with a bathroom on each level. The villa comfortably accommodates 2 to 5 people.

Villa Ismini is a split level villa with three floors joined by a central spiral staircase. Front door opens into the comfortable living area which has a balcony overlooking the pool.

The property has a living area, large kitchen/dining area (with separate sofa bed area for an extra person if required), two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 3 bathrooms.

The front door of the villa opens into a reception area with desk and the living room which is on the first floor of the property.

Stylishly designed with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, the living room has French windows leading out to a balcony overlooking the private swimming pool. Roman steps lead down to the pool.

The living room has Satellite TV (local channels) and a DVD player.

The kitchen is on the ground floor with an open plan dining room. It is fully equipped with full cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, espresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a modern fireplace in the kitchen.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and is spacious and modern. Here there is another sofa which converts to a bed for a fifth person if required.

A door leads out from the kitchen to steps to the poolside terrace with table and parasol providing a shaded outside dining area.

From the kitchen area, a couple of steps lead up to the utility room equipped with washing machine, ironing board and iron. This leads to a bathroom with full bath, shower and WC.

The air conditioned master bedroom has double bed and balcony doors leading to front and back balconies with patio furniture and views over the pool and glimpses of the sea.

The ground floor dining room has a sofa bed and separate bathroom with full bath for a 5th person.

Villa Ismini has three bathrooms.

There is a bathroom on each floor of the villa.

The private pool is exclusively for your use only and perfect for lazy days spent staying at the villa.

Sunloungers are provided on the paved terrace surrounding the private swimming pool. Next to the pool are chairs and a table with parasol making this an ideal place for breakfast.

A special feature of Villa Ismini is the wonderful outside kitchen with BBQ set just beside the pool. This is a covered area with large BBQ, pizza style oven, full fridge and sink. There is an additional dining table and chairs to take full advantage of al fresco dining.

Villa Ismini is a semi-detached villa situated next to the Agni Travel property Villa Fedra, however it is private and totally independent from its neighbour.

Beautiful lighting ensures that your enjoyment at Villa Ismini can go on into the night.

The staircase throughout is a stylish spiral design.

Internet Access

Wi Fi Internet access is available from the Floridita Cafe in Katelios close to the local kiosk.

Katelios

Katelios is a sleepy coastal village with sandy beach and small fishing harbour. Katelios is famous for its fresh fish tavernas that line the waterfront. There are several (low-key) bars, a couple of supermarkets and an exchange/car rental office. The beach rarely becomes busy, with the largest number of visitors being the loggerhead turtles who favour the soft sand for making a nest!

Skala

Skala is set above a very long golden sandy beach on the southernmost tip of Kefalonia. You have a choice of lively beach life with beach 'shack' type bars, sun bed and beach umbrellas for hire and an array of water sports. Or you can opt for a quieter beach experience by walking along the shoreline until you find your own secluded piece of sandy paradise.

Poros

Poros is not known as a sophisticated resort, the pace is slow with a traditional Greek 'feel'. Poros is a good place for walking and hiking. You can hike to the oldest monastery on Kefalonia. Walk for about 3 km along the beach in a north-west direction, then follow the path up into the mountain of Atros. The path ends at the monastery of the Virgin Mary, at the top of a 500 metre high hill. Views from here are absolutely stunning.

Koroni

Koroni is a very quiet sandy beach. Famous for its sand and therapeutic clay (you can mix up your own mud pack) which can be found below the rocks to the far side of the beach. One of the best ways to visit Koroni beach is to hire your own motor boat (no license required) from Katelios.
