The entrance opens into a living area with door to the main balcony overlooking the pool. To the right there is a dining area and kitchen. Also on this level is a master bedroom suite with private bathroom.
Stairs lead down to two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other has twin beds to one side and a third single bed in its own sleeping area. This room also has an en suite bathroom.
The villa is perfectly suited to families, with beds for up to 7 persons in three bedrooms with room for an extra child in the living room if necessary. The gardens are lawned and fully enclosed creating a safe environment for children. (The pool though is not gated.)
The comfortable living room has two sofas, fireplace and TV. Balcony doors open out to the large front balcony that overlooks the pool. Steps lead down to the pool terrace and garden.
An added bonus is that the villa has wi-fi internet so you can check your emails inside the villa or work around the pool!
The fully fitted kitchen, with dining area, includes a full cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge.
You will also find kettle, toaster and sandwich maker as well as coffee machine and all you need for family self-catering holiday to Kefalonia.
Balcony doors lead out to the front balcony, overlooking the private pool. Steps lead down a shaded poolside area where there is another table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The master bedroom is on the same level as the living area and is along the hallway from the entrance to the villa. It has double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with shower.
The cleverly designed triple room is reached by stairs down into the coolest part of the house. There are twin beds with a wardrobe which also acts as a semi-divider for the room so that the third single bed is in its own sleeping space. The bedroom has an en suite shower room.
The triple room is ideal for children, as the room has a windows rather than balcony doors, so there is no direct access to the pool.
The third bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. This is situated opposite the triple room, also in the lower area of the house.
There are 3 bathrooms at Villa Alexandra. The master bedroom has a shower room.
The triple bedroom has en suite shower room.
The lower ground floor double bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

The private swimming pool is set between the villa and the lovely lawned garden area. There are sunbeds and sunshades available for relaxing by the pool.

A shaded seating area, with BBQ, is set beside the pool. This is the ideal location for relaxing out of the sun or for taking shaded meals by the pool.
Villa Alexandra is set in spacious grounds with private pool and sunbathing terraces. Garden table and chairs are provided on the front balcony and there is a larger shaded area at the poolside and next to a lawned garden.

To the rear of the property is private parking for one or more cars.

The main balcony, overlooking the pool, has patio furniture and sea views.

Katelios is a sleepy coastal village with sandy beach and small fishing harbour. Katelios is famous for its fresh fish tavernas that line the waterfront. There are several (low-key) bars, a couple of supermarkets and an exchange/car rental office.
