This attractive stone villa is newly built. Situated in Salento countryside, it is surrounded by mature olive trees and extensive gardens. However, Torre Vado, with it’s shops, restaurants and white sand beach is just 1.5km away.

The property is divided into two apartments that may be rented individually or together for bigger parties. The larger sleeps four and comprises two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a kitchen dining area and a shower room. The smaller is an open plan studio that sleeps two with a kitchen area leading off the main room. The studio also has a shower room. Both of these spacious apartments are equipped with televisions and have a shared laundry facility.

Each apartment has patio doors that lead out to their own spacious covered verandas where dining furniture is available. The barbecue facility encourages al fresco mealtimes as do the attractive surroundings of this peaceful property. For sun seekers who prefer not to travel too far there is also a large roof terrace on which to make the most of the Italian sunshine.
