Located in the rolling hillsides that surround Florence, Trecento is in Chianti country, the very heart of Tuscany. This beautiful property is the ideal base for exploring the region, whilst the charming gardens, large pool and wonderful views make it perfect for a relaxing, get away from it all holiday.

Full of rustic charm, it comprises just two independent cottage style accommodations that are available for let, whilst the most hospitable owners occupy a third.

Both of Trecento's attractive self contained properties are equipped to accommodate up to four persons. They are attractively furnished and well equipped as well as benefiting from their own private outside space and wonderful views over the surrounding gardens and countryside.

With 80 m2 of floorspace over the two levels, this property will sleep up to four people. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchenette and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing-machine, whilst the dining area seats four and also has satellite TV.

A lovely sweeping staircase leads you to the first floor landing off which are two spacious double bedrooms, both with en suite facilities, one having a shower room, the other a bathroom.

This property also benefits from a beautiful private outdoor patio, surrounded by colourful potted plants and furnished with loungers, this is a wonderful location to relax, take in the stunning views and enjoy a barbecue.

This ground floor accommodation is 75 m2. The large living room with an attractive fireplace as its focal point is light and airy. In this space, as well as a formal dining area and other furnishings, is a sofa bed that is suitable for two adults.

The kitchen is a good size and is well equipped. It has plenty of work surfaces and storage space as well as full sized oven and hob, fridge freezer and a washing-machine. A breakfast table and chairs are also located here.

The double bedroom is pleasantly furnished and has an impressive large brass bed, whilst the large family bathroom is complete with full size bath, separate shower cubical, lavatory and basin.

Outside is a spacious covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs. A wonderful spot for relaxing with a large glass of something local!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens that surround Trecento. Mature lawns dotted with shrubs and trees that lead down to a fabulous swimming pool that makes the most of the country views.

Beside the pool are two attractive pergolas offering a little shade from the heat of the day and a wonderful spot in which to enjoy an al fresco lunch.

The oblong pool measures 15m x 6 m. It is available from 1st May to 30th September annually between 9am and 7pm.
