A kilometre from the medieval town of Colle Val d' Elsa, Lepri was built in the 17th century. Originally a convent it then saw service as an oil mill and more recently became part of a large farming estate. Sitting amidst gorgeous mature gardens the property has beautiful views, being surrounded by vineyards, woodland and farmland.

Its most recent incarnation, having recently undergone extensive and sympathetic renovation, is as ten attractive holiday apartments. Inside the property has been tastefully furnished in typically traditional Tuscan style.

Agni Travel is offering two of the apartments at Lepri. Both are charming and enjoy traditional features including beamed ceilings. Each has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area in which a double sofa bed is located, and a shower room. The ground floor apartment has a twin bedded room, whilst the substantial bedroom in the first floor apartment is a double.

4 steps lower: twin-bedded room and wardrobe.
4 steps higher: large bathroom with shower.

45 m2 - sleeps 2 to 4
1st floor: dining area (satellite TV) with double sofa-bed and kitchen corner (small electrical oven, fridge), large double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The gardens and surroundings are simply superb. It has wonderful views that are enjoyed from every aspect of the property. The attractive garden is laid to lawn, has a wealth of shrubs and evergreens as well as plenty of outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A few metres from the main property is a large pool with extensive sun terracing around it, a perfect location for soaking up those rays on a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool is available from 15th May to 30th September.
