An enigmatic and beautiful stone house, Villa Arianna was built in the 15th century around a watchtower that dates back still further to the 10th century. It has over the years been added to, renovated and restored, so now offers an eclectic mix of periods, though many of its original features from huge fireplaces to exposed timber ceilings have been retained. Today it's a luxurious accommodation that is ideal for larger groups or two families holidaying together.
 

From its hillside location not far from the medieval town of San Gimignano it enjoys breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside with its vineyards and olive trees.
 

This stunning property sleeps up to twelve people. It is attractively furnished in typical Tuscany style and is well equipped throughout.
 

On the ground floor the spacious kitchen has access to an external courtyard. Also on this level are a dining room, large living room, shower room and a fabulous billiard room.
 

Upstairs are three twin bedded rooms and three doubles, two of which have en suite shower rooms. In addition there are two further full bathrooms. The tower itself houses a living room and reading area.
 

Villa Arianna is set in 400 hectares of land and a well-tended and furnished garden that has the most wonderful, panoramic views. Outside, the facilities include a barbecue, huge swimming pool and full size tennis court that both have floodlighting. A simply perfect 'get away from it all' family holiday retreat!
 

The swimming pool is available from 1st April to 30th September.
