The villa, which is fully air-conditioned, is reached via a short stairway and the front door opens into the large high beamed lounge /dining room which has plenty of seating and large French windows leading onto the spacious balcony. From here the views are quite breathtaking. To the left of this main room is the fully fitted kitchen and to the right you will find three bedrooms, one double and two twin-bedded, together with two modern and spacious bathrooms with full sized bath and shower fitments.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a door leading onto the wrap-around balcony for ease of serving those outdoor breakfasts!
Living AreaThe living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating and access onto the balcony.
Dining AreaThe dining area is directly opposite the kitchen for ease of serving and has a large dining table and chairs.
Master BedroomThe main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, together with a French window leading onto the front balcony.
Bedroom 2The second bedroom, next to the Master Bedroom, has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table and, again the French door leads onto the front balcony.
Bedroom 3Another twin-bedded room, opening on to a balcony, with fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
The two bathrooms in Villa Nikos are both modern and fully tiled, with full size baths and shower fitments, mirrored vanity/basin units and w.c.

Below the villa are two further apartments, each sleeping four people and, if required, you can either take one or both in addition to the upper house. Please note, Villa Nikos is rented exclusively. This means that the apartments are optional and if you do not decide to take them with Villa Nikos, they cannot be booked by anyone else for the duration of your holiday.

If you wish to use the optional apartments, you do not need to decide (or pay) until your balance payment (8 weeks before arrival) is due. The apartments can be booked for all or part of your holiday.

BalconiesThe living room and two of the bedrooms open on to the balconies that extend along the front and side of Villa Nikos. This is the perfect place to sit out with a glass - or two! - of chilled wine on a warm night, with the lights of Corfu Town twinkling in the distance. Imagine how beautiful it is, too, on a full moon night. By day, Kalami and Kouloura can be seen below, and Agni too, while the mountains of Albania make a dramatic backdrop.
The PoolVilla Nikos has a swimming pool where you can laze the hours away in the sun or, should the mood take you, get in a few lengths of more serious swimming.

Terrace & BBQEqually attractive is the terraced area over which grape vines, jasmine and bougainvillea cast their dappled shade. Here there is a table and chairs, with the brick-built barbecue close by, making this a lovely spot for an outdoor meal.
GardenAmongst the gardens are olive, lemon and kumquat trees, cacti, lilies, roses, geraniums and 'morning glory' flowers sending out a sweet scent as you walk from the villa to the pool area.
ParkingThe villa is reached via its own private driveway where there is ample space for parking.

Kalami 
Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for! Kouloura 
Kouloura: The tiny fishing village of Kouloura is a working harbour, where many of the locals moor their boats. The view of the harbour is probably one of the most famous in the area, having been painted by many visiting artists. The main house is owned by the Italian Agnelli family (think Ferrari) and is used as their holiday home. The nearby Taverna specializes in locally caught fish. Agni Bay Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience. Saint Stephanos Saint Stephanos: The island of Corfu has its secrets and Saint Stephanos, set around a horse-shoe shaped bay, is certainly one of them. An extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi, that has managed to retain its traditional look and laidback feel . There is a small local Greek community that welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. The excellent setting, waterfront Tavernas and bars, along with a scattering of mini-markets, shops and boat hire create a delightful Greek island holiday destination. |
