In the heart of the sleepy little hamlet of Kaminaki, only a moment from a magical beach is 'Delphine', one of the three 'Kaminaki Villas'. Sleeping up to 6, 'Delphine' has front-facing balconies with views to the sea and terraces onto the kidney-shaped pool. 'Delphine' offers the best of both worlds with a pool on your doorstep and the beach just moments away.
 

Entry to the villa takes you immediately into the very stylish and tastefully furnished living/dining area. The kitchen is to the right with the third bedroom off and to the right. There is also a shower room on this level. A spiral staircase leads up to a very spacious landing from which the further two bedrooms and bathroom radiate
 

The property has been fitted to the highest standard to include: air conditioning, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine).
 

The combination of peach and oatmeal soft furnishings, together with the oak tables gives the villa a modern 'traditional' feel.
 

A dining table and chairs is right next to the kitchen.
 

The kitchen has plenty of fresh coloured units under and above the work surfaces. All kitchen appliances are fitted, including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
 

A spiral staircase leads up to a spacious landing, having fitted cupboards and a desk and chair.
 

Air-conditioning

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is no additional charge for its use.
 

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a large double bed, a TV cabinet with mini drinks fridge, spacious fitted wardrobes, cupboards and mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the balcony which overlooks the pool terrace and has views over to the mainland.
 

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is a large twin with fitted wardrobes, mirrored vanity unit and French windows to the front-facing balcony.
 

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room. It has been fitted out with single beds with a large double headboard so that they can either be used together as a double or as two singles. The room also includes fitted wardrobes and cupboards with mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the front, poolside terrace.
 

All the bedrooms have a soothing green decor and have been furnished to an exceptionally high standard in keeping with the rest of the villa. All balconies and terraces have their own table and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying a taste of the laid-back Greek lifestyle.
 

'Delphine' has two bathrooms, a large walk-in shower room downstairs and upstairs a bath with shower over. Each bathroom has a fitted wall-mounted hairdryer.

The sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool, which is set into the terrace, is just a couple of steps away from that early morning swim! With plenty of room for sunbeds you may never want to venture further!

Krouzeri Beach

Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.

Nissaki

Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.

Kalami

Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!
