Villa Emilios is a private and secluded villa with panoramic views from the balconies and pool terrace down to the bays of Kalami and Kouloura. It is well appointed, with three fully air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, including a master bedroom 'suite' featuring a bathroom with 'Jacuzzi' style bath and shower.

The villa is complemented by a secluded and private swimming pool making the villa ideal for a family holiday.

Pool Level

Entrance into lobby area. Living room, dining area and kitchen. Cloakroom. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

1st Floor

Master double bedroom with en suite bath/Jacuzzi, twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Large sea view balcony with dining furniture.

Basement

Games room with table tennis. Laundry room. Garage.

Comfortable seating is set off by a brick fireplace. Patio doors lead directly to the breakfast terrace beside the pool.

The large modern kitchen includes an eye level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan and dishwasher. For your convenience, there is a washing machine located downstairs in a separate laundry room, together with an iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and either a terrace or balcony with magnificent sea views.

Ground Floor Bedroom

On the ground floor is a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and French doors leading to the pool terrace.

Upstairs

A staircase leads up to the first floor with its two en suite bedrooms. One of these is the Master double bedroom, with en suite bath and jacuzzi, and the other is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed and French doors opening on to a partly shaded upper terrace. From here there is a bird's eye view of the pool area below.

En Suite Bathroom

The en suite bathroom is located through an archway. The jacuzzi bath with six water jets will certainly help you unwind after an arduous day by the pool!

Master Bedroom Baclony

The master bedroom has a large part-covered patio, that overlooks the pool and offers amazing seaviews. A wooden dining table offers yet another location for the family to enjoy the panoramas.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is twin bedded with a separate wardrobe area leading you to the en suite shower room.

Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.

A separate guest WC and washroom is located off the hallway.

The Pool

The pool is totally private and designed to take full advantage of its south-facing aspect. There is plenty of room around the pool terrace for sunbeds and umbrellas.

Kouloura

Kouloura: The tiny fishing village of Kouloura is a working harbour, where many of the locals moor their boats. The view of the harbour is probably one of the most famous in the area, having been painted by many visiting artists. The main house is owned by the Italian Agnelli family (think Ferrari) and is used as their holiday home. The nearby Taverna specializes in locally caught fish.

Kerasia

Kerasia is a long sweeping beach and one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Kerasia is for those looking for complete peace and quiet, to laze in the sun or enjoy a quiet read, with an excellent beach Taverna and a small shop to cater for your beach needs.
