Villa Anda retains all the character, and many of the idiosyncrasies, of a traditional Corfiot village house. With a sunny side terrace from which to enjoy the superb views over the sea to the mainland, this is a house for those who enjoy the 'real Greece'. There is another shady terrace at the rear of the house, ideal for relaxed dining outside.

Living Area
With traditional wooden floors and ceilings and a practical layout, Villa Anda has a discreetly welcoming atmosphere and offers a quiet location, just a little apart from the other village houses. You can relax in peace here or, when the mood takes you, stroll down the short distance to the tavernas and beach for a change.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with all you need for meals at the villa, whether you choose to eat indoors or out on the lovely veranda.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is a double - very pretty with its windows set deeply into the thick stone walls and its wooden ceiling. It has the most amazing views over the village of Kaminaki and across the sea.
2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom is a twin.
Bathroom
A pretty, modern shower room with good lighting - essential for checking the progress of the tan!
The private terrace, with seaviews, wraps around the villa in two distinct sections. To the side, shaded by a large umbrella, there is a table and chairs allowing relaxed contemplation of the lovely view, and sunloungers, and to the rear is a charming covered area, just right for al fresco meals.

The Beach
Swimming
Via just a few steps from the property brings you to a choice of paths to the beach, which is only a couple of minutes away whichever route you take. The water at Kaminaki is sparklingly clear, making snorkelling a delight.
Sunbeds
Although Villa Anda has two sunbeds for its private terrace, you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
Tavernas Nearby
There are two tavernas in Kaminaki, one on the beach and another above on the rocks. The one on the beach is run by Spiros - a charming and friendly local Greek, where nothing is too much trouble. The taverna's charm and beach-fronted loation make it a popular venue.

Kaminaki, located on Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status.
Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles and sand.

Internet is widely available on Corfu. Most tavernas, bars and even supermarkets offer free wi-fi in return for a drink or small purchase. You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.

Krouzeri Beach
Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.
Nissaki
Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.
Agni Bay
Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
Kalami
Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for
both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also
ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!
