Layout
The ground floor comprises a substantial open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, as well as a twin bedroom and a shower room. On the upper floor are a further two bedrooms, one double, one twin, as well as a full bathroom and a separate WC.
Outside there is a lovely pool, shady verandas and ample sun terraces where guests can relax, enjoy the views and top up the tan.
Living Area
The lounge is pleasant and airy. It has patio doors on two aspects that open out onto large covered terraces, offering the opportunity to enjoy a light through breeze as well as the enjoyment of the fabulous views. Furnished with comfortable sofas as well as satellite TV, DVD and CD players this is a great space to relax and unwind in if life gets too hectic around the pool!
Kitchen
To the rear of the living room is the kitchen and dining area. Separated by a breakfast bar style promontory, the kitchen side is well equipped for the preparation of full meals as well as snacks and light lunches. It benefits from a full sized oven with 4 ring hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker as well as ample storage and work space.
On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is a more formal dining area which incorporates a good sized table and chairs that will seat 6 with ease.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom is kept cool with its own air-conditioning unit - included within the cost.
Master Bedroom
Located on the first floor, the master bedroom, a double, benefits from capacious fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a picture window that looks out over a large balcony to the sea views beyond.
Ground Floor Twin Bedroom
One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. Simply but attractively furnished, it benefits from some lovely views from the patio doors that lead out onto the covered terrace and nearby with pool area.
First Floor Twin Bedroom
The other twin bedroom is on the first floor. Its furnishings reflect those in the downstairs bedroom, but it also enjoys two sets of patio doors, one opening out onto the large front veranda, whilst the second leads out onto the separate, side balcony.
Upstairs Balconies
From the landing, close to the master bedroom, the main first floor balcony with its pergola style roof and spectacular sea views can be accessed. On the opposite side of the landing a doorway leads out to a second balcony that overlooks the pool, patio and surrounding countryside.
Bathrooms
On the ground floor is a shower room with WC; whilst on the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, and WC. A washing machine is also located there. A further, separate WC is also available on this level.
The focal feature of the outside space is the lovely private pool, surrounded by an attractive sun terrace and patio area made from locally quarried stone. With loungers, table, chairs and a built in barbecue as well as the extensive shaded terrace that skirts the length of the house, this is an ideal area for al fresco dining as well as enjoying the sunshine and sumptuous views.

Nissaki
Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.

Internet is widely available on Corfu. Most tavernas, bars and even supermarkets offer free wi-fi in return for a drink or small purchase. You are also welcome to visit the local Agni Travel Corfu office for Wi-Fi. Many Agni Travel rental properties also offer internet. However Agni Travel does not guarantee 100% up time or promise that your device will connect to it. Some iPad versions and Laptops are not compatible with older Wi-Fi router architecture, which is widely used in Greece and Agni Travel is not responsible if you are unable to connect to a network.

Kaminaki
Kaminaki, located on Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, but has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status.
Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles and sand.
Krouzeri Beach
Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.
Kalami
Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for
both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'. A popular destination for couples, Kalami is also
ideal for a family holiday with tavernas, safe swimming, water sports and boat hire - everyone is catered for!
Agni Bay
Agni Bay: In Greek Agni means un-spoilt and this describes Agni perfectly - just
three Tavernas (each with their own jetty for mooring up to) and a sprinkle of local buildings. The bay is reached mainly by rented motor boats, although recently
there is now a narrow road down into the bay. Each evening we offer a 'Speed Boat' taxi service, from surrounding bays to Taverna Agni. The above video shows the exciting experience.
