Simply delightful location; right on the beach. Varvara, with 2 bedrooms and a beach front terrace, offers a perfect setting for those looking for a quiet holiday where the beach is the focus.

Set in the middle of Coyevinas Beach, a hidden gem away from the usual tourist trails, with rarely more than a few people visiting during the day. However there are tavernas and supermarkets within a short walk. (The nearest taverna is set just behind the beach and offers use of its swimming pool to clients.)

The lounge has a large comfortable sofa (that opens into an extra bed if required) and a dining area. There is a TV and Music system along with a small selection of classical CDs. French doors open onto a raised balcony over the sea facing terrace.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped and includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. A washing machine is located in a separate utility area.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and maid service is included.

Family bathroom kept clean by regular maid service. Bath and hand towels provided and changed twice weekly.

The highlight of the property is this gorgeous private patio with the delightful beach just a few steps away.

Varvara is located on Coyevinas beach. This completely uncommercial beach is a long sweeping bay between Avlaki and Kassiopi. There is one taverna set behind the beach (which also offers use of their swimming pool to clients). A short walk (300m) takes you to Michelangelo Village which is on the edge of Kassiopi. Here you will find more tavernas and 2 supermarkets. Keen walkers will enjoy the stroll to Kassiopi (1.6km via foot path) and Avlaki (1.1km via a quiet country lane), with the pleasure of no hills involved!

Avlaki

Avlaki Beach is a beautiful sweeping bay with a gently sloping beach and fabulously clear turquoise waters . No wonder Avlaki is a favourite for the locals! The beach is fringed by just a few villas, two tavernas serving local food, and a small sailing school offering dinghy sailing and sail-boarding. Avlaki really is a Greek Island heaven.
