Michalis is a private property with swimming pool and stunning sea views. Most appealing is that it is within short walking distance to tavernas, beaches and a supermarket, making it the perfect property for those not wishing to rent a car. The main property has 3 bedrooms and there is an optional studio sleeping 2 people; the property is suitable for a party from 4 people up to 8.

The property has breathtaking sea views over Nissaki and to Corfu Town in the distance.

The cosy lounge has large comfortable sofas and patio doors to a front-facing sea view balcony with outside furniture and sunshade.

Opposite the lounge is a modern kitchen with large work surfaces and plenty of room for preparation of meals which can be enjoyed inside, on the front balcony or around the pool. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The main part of the property has 3 air conditioned bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). Each bedroom has French doors opening to a front balcony with sea views.

If you have more than 6 in your party, you could have 2 folding beds which can be placed in any of the bedrooms or the lounge. Additionally, there is an optional studio that can be rented to increase the sleeping capacity to 8-10 people.

There are 2 family bathrooms in the main part and 1 bathroom in the optional studio.

The large pool area faces South and is completely private and secluded. There is plenty of room for sun beds and sunshades.

There is a large terrace to the front which has incredible panoramic sea views.

Next to the pool is a BBQ area. Around the pool are secluded gardens and olive tress. The pool is not overlooked by any nearby properties.

Nissaki

Nissaki is a small pretty resort with a horseshoe-shaped beach, offering excellent swimming and water sports. There are several tavernas specialising in local cuisine. A small harbour shelters the many little fishing boats that are moored there and there is a jetty/collection point for the Taverna Agni water taxi which offers an evening service to Taverna Agni and a twice-weekly trip to Corfu Town.

Krouzeri has a long beach (sandy and pebbles) offering safe swimming, water sports and diving. Beachside tavernas provide welcome refreshments to those enjoying the beach and excellent snorkelling. The nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool which is open to non-residents, a restaurant and bar and, during the evening a low-key disco. There is a jetty/collection point for the water taxis which operate in the area.

Kalami

Kalami: The bay of Kalami nestles below the hills of the North East Corfu and is famous for both its beautiful beach, and Lawrence Durrell's 'White House'.
