Villa was fab with everything we needed for our stay. The pool is small but we were a party of 5 adults and didn't have any issues so unless you're a keen holiday swimmer you shouldn't have a problem. Plenty of sun loungers and places to sit, both in the sun and in the shade. The villa is up towards the hills and set back from the town so we found a car essential for those trips to the beach and the shops. It's secluded location meant we could relax all day by the pool and enjoy BBQs in the evening without worry of disturbing any neighbours. The path up to the villa is, as others have commented, a rural path and took some careful driving to negotiate, but was fine once we'd done it a few times. All in all the villa was wonderful and excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again

We were very happy to stay in this spacious villa with lovely views of the mountains and countryside. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The large terraces were wonderful for family meals and barbecues. The small pool was lovely on a hot day. A hire car is needed as the property is a little way out of town in a rural location. The road to the property is rough and rather narrow in places but this was not a big problem. There is a covered parking area below the villa. We loved visiting the caves at Nerja and driving up to the beautiful village of Frigiliana and into the mountains.

Apart from a small problem with the pool when we first arrived (probably just a one-off, and one we have notified the owner of, so it most likely won’t occur again) The villa on the whole was fantastic! Nice and clean with good appliances including a powerful dishwasher, washing machine and highly efficient and easy to use air conditioning with remote controls in all the bedrooms which was much needed in the 30+ degree August heat. Outside the villa, there are amazing views of the sea and mountains and a great patio with a nice exclusive pool at a perfect temperature and a well shaded raised balcony area. The pool is fairly small (12ft by 7ft) and only around 4ft deep which is deep enough for adults to swim and cool off but also means older kids (8+) can stand and are safe with minimal supervision as long as they are competent and responsible in water while the adults sunbathe in the hotel quality sunbed/deckchairs. There is a choice of 1 gas BBQ or 2 charcoal BBQ's, one with an impressive grill height adjustment rotary control which made grill cooking outside each evening a breeze and delicious with no need to constantly tend the fire. Villa is in a very peaceful and remote location only a 2 minute car trip from the bustling centre of Nerja which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets and entertainment. Keep in mind the Spanish Siesta, so most shops close at 2pm and reopen at 5pm, but a few beach shops and restaurants close to the beach stay open throughout the day. The dirt road leading to the villa (about ˝ kilometre) is quite potholed and beside a dried up river bank so it requires very slow and careful driving. The last part of the driveway up to the villa itself is very narrow. No problem with a smaller car, but with 6 of us and luggage for 10 days we had hired a 9-seater MPV (mini-van) which was quite difficult to get up the last part of the driveway but just possible with mirrors folded in and again very careful driving. There were also no dustbins near the villa, so we had to drop off rubbish bags each day in a bin off the main road, but again not really a problem as we were coming and going. SUMMARY A lovely villa in a great location which made for a fantastic holiday. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others and would love to stay there again.

Agni staff were very helpful and polite the place was clean and comfortable. The outside area and pool was nice. Good location and base for exploring. Access road is a bit of a dirt road but nothing uncommon for Spain. We had a pleasant stay.

We had such a lovely time at the villa. What could be better than sitting out on the huge veranda enjoying the morning sun. We hired a car for the week so were able to go out exploring. We must say how nice it was to return to the villa. Would not hesitate in returning to the villa again.
