Exterior
The house and gardens are contained within walls and railings from which the private parking is accessed by double gates. The garden is planted with trees and flowers and the land is large enough for the installation of a swimming pool if required.
Ground Floor
The front door opens into large open plan sitting room with dining area. Cosy living space has open fire-place. Patio doors open to the front terrace and gardens.
Also on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is through an archway from the dining area. From here a door leads to the utility room and guest suite which has a double bedroom with lounge area. Next to this is the downstairs shower/wc.
First floor
First floor is accessed by internal staircase to the hall from which you reach the bathroom (with a corner bath) and two single bedrooms each with its own study area. French doors open to a huge balcony with beautiful countryside views. On the other side of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wooden floors.
Fittings
Apart from the bedrooms which have wooden flooring, the house flooring is marble tiled. All the windows are double-glazed and the house is centrally heated (with central heating boiler housed in a separate out-building). French windows are aluminium and double glazed.
