Villa Contessina is a three storey building which can accommodate 6 persons, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

A three-storey semi-detached villa with entrance to sitting room/diner and kitchen on first floor. Upstairs one double bedroom with shower room. On the lower ground floor two further bedrooms and access to pool terrace.

The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with wooden table and fixed sofas.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes.

A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, veranda and its own private bathroom with shower.

From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of two bedrooms, each with twin beds, bathroom with bathtub and kitchenette with a small refrigerator.

On the ground floor level there is an impressive bathroom containing a hydro massage Jacuzzi.

A second bathroom with bathtub and wc is located on the lower ground floor.

From the lower ground floor, French doors lead to the pool terrace with private pool, sun loungers and spectacular sea view.

Agios Nikolas in Volimes is one of the most picturesque and idyllic areas of the island of Zakynthos.
It is home to the second largest port on the North East coast of Zakynthos, very close to the famous blue caves and shipwreck cove.
From the port of Agios Nikolas is a daily ferry boat to and from the nearby neighbouring island of Kefalonia.
