A few steps lead up to the veranda and the front door to the villa. All on one level are the open plan sitting/dining room with fully fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) lead off from the main room.
The sitting room area has comfortable sofa and chairs, together with a fireplace, TV and DVD player.
The open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped for self-catering.
From the main living area you will find the Master bedroom with double bed. French windows lead to the garden.
The twin bedroom also has French doors to the garden.
A family shower room is located beside the bedrooms.

Established gardens with lawns and trees surround the villa. The famous beach of Gerakas is just a 500m walk away.

Gerakas Beach, on the eastern side of the Vassilikos Peninsula is one of the finest beaches on Zante. A long crescent of golden sand with sandstone cliffs curving around the bay offering good shelter and shallow waters with views across the bay to Laganas.
