Villa Palm Tree has an open plan kitchen and dining area which leads through to the comfortable lounge. Both of these rooms have patio doors which open out onto your terrace and private swimming pool. Upstairs you will find the three en suite bedrooms each with views over the pool and towards the Babadag mountains.
The spacious open plan living area is decorated in calming tones and furnished with modern comfortable lounge and dining furniture providing a comfortable environment in which to relax or eat. The large patio doors invite plenty of natural light into the house.
We can add additional camp beds which makes this villa ideal for large groups or families.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and finished. Benefiting from a full cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer it also has plenty of storage and workspace, making it ideal for the preparation of full meals as well as snacks.
The open plan design makes the whole villa feel light and spacious.
There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.
The triple bedroom has one double bed and a single bed but we can change these to single beds if required.
The three bedrooms all have en suite shower rooms with another bathroom downstairs.

Dalyan, TurkeyDalyan is a special & unique town which is overlooked by ancient Lycian Rock Tombs which are the last resting places of the Kings of Kaunos. The Dalyan canal goes through the village on its way from Koycegiz Lake to the beach so the riverside is a great place to take a boat trip to one of the ancient sites in the area. Dalyan offers something for everyone whilst maintaining a wonderful friendly atmosphere: Dalyan, Turkey Kalkan, Turkey 
Kalkan is a beautiful town with Ottomen era character. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki it is now a friendly holiday resort offering its visitors a wonderful experience of Turkish hospitality. The waterfront has a selection of restaurants and bars to relax & watch the boats in the harbour or you can shop in one of the many shops selling local crafts & designer clothing: Kalkan, Turkey Kas, TurkeyKas charm comes from its unhurried ambience & because it is further away from Dalaman airport it gets fewer visitors than the resorts further up the coast.
