A car is not essential as the local 'dolmus' stops regularly to take you down to Turunc or to the larger resorts of Icmeler and Marmaris nearby.

Set in the hills above Turunc this brand new 3 bedroom villa offers everything for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool will offer you a refreshing swim while you enjoy the sea views in the distance.

This luxury villa features a large lounge and inside dining area, kitchen, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All bedroom are air conditioned and have their own en suite bathroom.

Stylish and comfortable with a sofa bed for an extra person if required.

A large table and chairs are in the open plan living room offering you and your guests a chance to dine inside.

This modern and functional kitchen has hob rings, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher whilst also providing the equipment needed to prepare a meal in the comfort of your own villa.

The double bedrooms on the first floor both have a balcony to enjoy the stunning scenery. All the bedrooms are en suite and have air conditioning.

Each bedroom has patio doors to a private balcony overlooking the pool and sea views beyond.

The twin bedroom is downstairs with doors leading out to the pool area.

The bathrooms are furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the villa.

The swimming pool overlooks the surrounding pine forest and the sea in the distance.

Just a 2 minute walk away from Villa Karia is the owner's small restaurant, set within lawned gardens and complete with roaming pet rabbits! Here the owner offers a fantastic Turkish breakfast every morning. Breakfast (and afternoon tea) is provided without charge to clients staying at Villa Karia. The restaurant is also open all day for local specialities and will deliver to your villa so that you can enjoy a delightful meal in total privacy.

The delightful village of Turunc, with beach and crystal clear water, is just a 3 min drive in the 'dulmus' (minibus) provided by the owner. As well as a excellent swimming, the small harbour has regular 'gullet' water taxis to nearby bays.

Turnuc

Turnuc: Turnuc is one of those magical places that most people seem to stumble across by accident. The beauty of Turunc is that it is not a well known resort and over the years as the village has grown it still feels relaxing and the people still as friendly and accommodating. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants serving both Turkish and English food with the main street closed off at night giving the town a wonderful atmosphere. The beach is kept very clean and takes great pride in its blue flag award and there are plenty of boat trips available from the harbour front.
