Villa Nereides is a brand new villa which sleeps 4 to 6 people and has a private pool with delightful picture postcard views. The villa is conveniently located close to the coastal road between Agnondas and Skopelos town.

The first impression, when entering Villa Nereides, is its modern look combined with classic features. Quality furnishings have been used throughout which raise Villa Nereides into a class of its own. Thick walls, made from local stone, help to keep the villa interior at a steady temperature even during the hot summer months.

On the ground floor there is a large living area, informal dining table, kitchen and sweeping stairs to the 1st floor. One bedroom, a double with private bathroom, is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped and includes oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The central island can be used to assist preparation or serving.

French doors lead to a balcony which overlooks the pool terrace and sea views beyond.

The open plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofa, television and CD player.

There is a master bedroom suite on the ground floor with wrought iron double bed, wardrobe and dressing table along with an en suite shower room.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and a twin which share a bathroom.

The villa has two bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and the other one upstairs.

The fresh water pool faces South and is perfect for a refreshing dip after a long lazy day in the sun. There is plenty of surrounding pool terrace for sunbeds and umbrellas.

Villa Nereides is situated between two of the island's most perfect beaches, Agnondas and Stafilos with their famous tavernas. Agnondas is a quaint little fishing village where local fisherman can be watched hauling in their catch and taking it to the fish tavernas that line the waterfront.

Villa Nereides is also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Skopelos town with its selection of shops, cafes and waterfront tavernas.

Skopelos Town

Skopelos Town, postcard perfect, is likely to be your very first introduction to the island of Skopelos as it is the main port and entery to Skopelos. A collection of whitewashed houses with red roofs along norrow streets and alleys dotted with terracotta flower pots. The town is amphitheartically shaped around the fishing harbour that is fronted by tavernas and low-key bars. Those looking for quiet relaxation will be delighted where as those looking for disco bars will be, thankfully, left wanting!
