Metochi Villas 'Giorgos' is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The villa has a private swimming pool and fabulous views over to Skopelos Town and harbour below.
The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly positioned for access to the front seaview balcony.

The lounge follows the local 'Sporades' theme with stone floor and whitewashed walls.
Above the lounge is a mezzanine which includes a twin bedded bedroom and a w/c shower room. There is a further twin bedroom with windows facing out to the same fantastic views of the mountains, sea and Skopelos Town.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed in the centre. This roomy bedroom is complete with TV/music centre. There is a large wardrobe on one wall and double French doors lead to the pool terrace and the rectangular-shaped pool.
The modern bathrooms are fully tiled.

The private pool is reached through double French doors on the ground floor. Outside dining table and chairs, complete with a large sun umbrella, adorn the pool terrace. There is plenty of space around the pool for the comfortable sun beds.

One of the best asset of this villa is the convenience to both town and beaches. Within 3 kms of the town and 6 kms to some of the islands best beaches. The accessibility of Skopelos town, with its full array of tavernas, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes' drive from the villa make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides.

Skopelos Town, postcard perfect, is likely to be your very first introduction to the island of Skopelos as it is the main port and entery to Skopelos. A collection of whitewashed houses with red roofs along norrow streets and alleys dotted with terracotta flower pots. The town is amphitheartically shaped around the fishing harbour that is fronted by tavernas and low-key bars. Those looking for quiet relaxation will be delighted where as those looking for disco bars will be, thankfully, left wanting!
Stafilos 
Stafilos is one of the most popular beaches on the island as it is close to Skopelos Town. The beach is narrow but the surroundings are a delight. There is a footpath to Velanio beach, which is more remote, and often favoured by naturists. Limnonari 
Limnonari is a beautiful, unspoilt bay, surrounded by pine trees reaching up towards the hills. Like many of the bays on Skopelos, the pine trees grow right down to the water's edge, framing the sandy beach perfectly. Milia 
Milia, just North of Panormos, is in our opinion, the best beach on Skopelos. The beach is of fine sand and has just one little taverna Panormos 
Panormos, just a short distance from Skopelos town, is a coastal village with a pebble beach boasting increadibly clear water which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Glossa 
Glossa is one of the prettiest villages outside of Skopelos town. Situated in the North of the island it is arranged along a mountain ridge over the port of Loutraki. Most of the village has no cars, the only form of traffic being a donkey! The houses are brightly painted and famous for their wooden balconies (which were featured in the Mama Mia movie). Around the harbour of Loutraki is a selection of relaxing tavernas and bars. |
