The Bay View Villas are attractively situated amongst olive trees and have magnificent views over Gaios, with its harbour inlet filled with boats and sheltered by the two wooded islets that close it off from the open sea. The villas are easily accessible from Gaios by road or foot path.
The views are enchanting - there is always something to see as boats of all kinds, and the daily seaplane, arrive and depart at Gaios harbour. At night it is a very pretty scene.
With their prime position, elegant design, air conditioning and modern facilities the Bay View Villas offer the ideal base for a relaxing Paxos holiday.
Layout
There are three villas, each divided into two totally independent apartments: an upper and a lower one.
Upper Floor Studios
Layout

The individual private balconies have beautiful views down to Gaios and its inlet.
The studios have modern shower rooms.
Lower Floor Apartments
Layout
Living room/kitchen area, double bedroom, shower room, shaded terrace with sea views over Gaios and access to private garden area.
The apartments are most attractively decorated, with subtle touches of colour offsetting the basic white of the decor and furnishings. A highly developed sense of style reveals itself in the placing of ornaments and the groupings of furniture.
Furnishings are grouped together with a great sense of style and colour.
The bedrooms are very pretty, with unusually large beds, restful and restrained colour schemes, offset by echoes of the past such as an antique bedhead or an old wooden olive tray.
The studios have modern shower rooms.
Which To Choose
The design of each apartment and studio is refreshingly individual - no standardisation here! Rooms are basically white, highlighted with selected pieces of furniture, rugs and cushions in vivid colours. There are comfortable seating units, fireplaces, carefully chosen decorative articles and pictures. The living rooms open on to private balconies with enchanting views, each with its own terrace furniture.
Why not leave the choice to us and we will select our favourite from the availability. You can also browse the additional photo galleries below, showing each apartment and studio.

Paxos is a very small island, and the distances between villages are such that walking from one to the other is a possibility.
Gaios Paxos
Gaios is the 'capital' of Paxos, the largest of the three
main settlements and the only one that can be called a town, albeit a very
small one. Its Venetian and British heritage is visible in the colourful
buildings that line the long harbour-front. Gaios now has two harbours - the
newer one is a short walk or drive from the centre, and serves as the port
of call for ferries, excursion and cruise boats. It is also the setting for
the often spectacular arrivals and departures of the Corfu-Paxos seaplane
service. The older harbour, sheltered from the open sea by two small
islands, is a never-ending source of entertainment in summer, with its
plethora of cosmopolitan yachts. Gaios continues its daily business
regardless of its exotic visitors, and it is this contrast that makes it so
entertaining to spend an hour or more at one of the cafes in the main square
alongside the quay. An intriguing variety of eating establishments, chic
boutiques and old-fashioned stores make Gaios quite fascinating: Gaios Paxos

Anti-Paxos is a must and only takes 20mins from Gaios:
Paxos Boat Rental Taxis: there are 6 taxis on Paxos. They offer a convenient service and are not expensive as the journeys are so short. During the evenings, a waiting taxi is easy to find outside of the tavernas at Gaios, Lakka and Loggos. Buses: there are two buses offering a regular service around Paxos and the main villages. Anti-Paxos: A visit to the small nearby island of Anti-Paxos is a must during your holiday on Paxos. Only 15 minutes away by sea taxi or your own motor boat, it has some of the most gorgeous beaches in Greece - quite Caribbean in their combination of fine golden sand and transparent blue water. Loggos Paxos
On an island famed for its small-scale beauty, Loggos stands out as one of the most enchanting places on Paxos. Visitors never fail to succumb to its unique charm, and many of them have been returning year after year, glad to see that the changes are negligible, and that you still have to get up from your taverna meal to let the local bus squeeze past! The boats still bob along the curve of the quayside, fascinating in their variety, from sleek yachts to less glamorous fishing boats. The tiny harbour of Loggos, colourful enough for any artist or photographer, has a refreshingly intimate atmosphere, unspoiled by the daily influx of curious visitors. At night, little can be heard but the buzz of conversation from the busy tavernas where fresh fish always tops the menu and there is an intriguingly cosmopolitan atmosphere. Three mini-markets, a bakery with wonderful fresh bread every day, and supplies of fresh fruit and vegetables brought over regularly from the mainland, make self-catering a simple matter - but who could resist the conviviality and choice of excellent food at the waterfront tavernas? A pleasant beach lies to one side of the harbour - other more secluded beaches are within easy reach: Loggos Paxos
Magazia
Magazia: was once the 'capital' of Paxos, in the days when the possibility of attack by pirates was very real! Nowadays, this sleepy hamlet has just a couple of local coffee shops and a taverna. The nearby church of Agioi Apostoloi stands overlooking Erimitis Cliffs. There is a pleasant bar beside the church, with incomparable views of the sunset.
Lakka Paxos
Lakka lies in the north of Paxos at the head of a long
natural inlet of the most startling shade of turquoise - reminiscent of a
Caribbean bay. It is a perfect harbour and is filled with a fascinating
array of yachts in summer. The village itself is small and focused almost
entirely on its harbour-front, with a selection of useful shops and several
good restaurants and bars, including a very good Italian restaurant. The
shores of the bay are fringed with beautiful natural beaches, shaded by
trees, and it is possible to walk to other, more unfrequented, beaches on
the other side of the headlands: Lakka Paxos
