Villa Yeraki is an exceptionally private villa with three bedrooms, sleeping 4 to 8 persons. The villa features a beautiful private pool with spacious terraces and delightful sea views. Villa Yeraki is also perfectly located; within short walking distance to tavernas and shops and just a few minutes drive to numerous sandy beaches and the villages of Assos and Fiscardo.

The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area on the ground floor. From the living room there are French windows to a shaded balcony terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool and sea views beyond. Leading off from the living room are two bedrooms, both doubles, each with an en suite shower room and private balcony. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with en suite and private balcony.

The living room has sofas and an open fireplace. There is a satellite TV with a selection of local channels plus DVD/CD player.

French windows lead from the living room to the large front shaded balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Steps lead down to the swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.

The kitchen has everything you need for holiday catering, although with the nearby excellent tavernas you may find the kitchen goes unused!

Large fridge-freezer, full electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker and kettle. The large poolside BBQ is perfect for cooking lazy lunches.

Villa Yeraki has three air conditioned bedrooms.

The ground floor master bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower room and French windows leading out to a private, sea view, balcony.

The 2nd ground floor bedroom, also a double, has en suite shower room and French windows leading to its private balcony.

The third bedroom, located upstairs, is twin bedded with en suite and private balcony.

If required, two folding beds, suitable for children, can be provided for the lounge area.

Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite shower room with hand basin, wc and shower.

The totally private freshwater swimming pool faces south. A large patio surrounds the pool. The pool pump features a powerful hydro massage jet that operates at certain times of the day.

Around the pool are sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

The main balcony, in front of the living/dining room, overlooks the pool making it an ideal place for 'alfresco' meals while watching younger ones in the pool.

To the side of the pool is a brick built BBQ to make full use of summer living.

Each evening has the treat of spectacular sunsets, reflecting over the pool.

Veggera Taverna

Veggera Taverna, is a family run Taverna, just 150m walk from the villa. Specialising in grilled local meats and fish, the friendly owners Martina and Spiros will make you most welcome. The taverna has wi-fi Internet so you can can easily access your emails while on holiday. They also hold a weekly wine festival where you can sample different local wines drinking as much as you want for a small fixed fee. Thankfully the villa is just a short distance to stagger back to!

Fiscardo

Fiscardo, with its waterfront tavernas and bars, is simply a delight. Strict building regulations, to maintain the elegance of the Venetian architecture which lines Fiscardo's horseshoe harbour, have created a magical setting that is one of Kefalonias highlights.

Vasilikades

Vasilikades: is a small village just outside of Fiscardo. Filled with traditional stone houses and locals going about their daily lives. There are several Tavernas, pizzeria, cafes, supermarket, chemist and local health clinic as well as a petrol station.

Assos

Assos, is a traditional coastal village with its own national heritage fort overlooking the bay. The village, of about a 100 inhabitants, contains some of the finest examples of Venetian architecture found on Kefalonia. The pretty beach is surrounded by low key tavernas and cafes. Assos is certainly the place to while away the day and do nothing other than take a morning swim, sample the local wine with a spot of lunch and just soak up the peacefulness.

Myrtos

Myrtos, is the most stunning beach on Kefalonia and has been voted one of Europe's most beautiful. A huge cove of white limestone gives the water an incredible turquoise colour; it really is breathtaking.
