Fiscardo, with its waterfront tavernas and bars, is simply a delight. Strict building regulations, to maintain the elegance of the Venetian architecture which lines Fiscardo's horseshoe harbour, have created a magical setting that is one of Kefalonias highlights.

Assos, is a traditional coastal village with its own national heritage fort overlooking the bay. The village, of about a 100 inhabitants, contains some of the finest examples of Venetian architecture found on Kefalonia. The pretty beach is surrounded by low key tavernas and cafes.
