The property has two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and a twin room. Another two persons can be accommodated on the sofa-bed in the living room

The cottage has an open plan living room and kitchen with dining table and chairs.

Doors lead from this area out on to a spacious balcony with chairs and table for al fresco meals.

The owners' apartment is on one floor which is at street level with access at the side by a few steps down to the entrance of the Dionisos.

The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double bed.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned twin room.

The living room has a sofa bed which sleeps 2 more persons. There is a TV in the living area.

The living area has an open-plan kitchen and dining room.
Seating is provided for 4 persons. The kitchen has full cooker with extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom at the cottage has full bath.

Panoramic views from the balcony are of Assos beach and harbour and the Venetian castle.

The large patio/balcony area has table and 4 'directors' chairs providing an excellent al fresco dining room.
