 Overview
Podere Arianna is not one but a pair of farmhouses, set in the midst of a 400 hectare estate in the beautiful San Gimignano area of Tuscany. These properties have been cleverly renovated to create 4 charming and individual accommodations, each one tastefully decorated and furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. They benefit from a mature garden, large pool and fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.

Layout
The largest accommodation is an independent house that sleeps 6. Set over two floors it has kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor, whilst upstairs are a double, a twin and two single bedrooms as well a shower room and a bathroom.
The three other apartments are all on single levels, either ground or first floor. All have open plan living and dining areas and well equipped kitchens. Two have three bedrooms each, doubles and twin, whilst the third has two bedrooms. With one exception all bedrooms are en suite. In that instance there is a further shower room within the accommodation.

Ground floor: large dining-room, bright kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing-machine) with access to the outside, spacious living-room (TV) with access to the outside, toilet.
1st floor: double bedroom, twin-bedded room, 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: large and bright living-room (TV) with dining area and access to the outside, kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher) with access to the outside, 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower.
Small outdoor room with washing-machine. One of the bedroom can be turned into twin-bedded room.

Outside and pool
The hedged garden at Podere Arianna is mainly laid to lawn. In its middle is a large pool with sun loungers and parasols is exclusively for the use of guests (available from 15th May to 30th September). A stunning location, it makes the most of views out over the wonderful Tuscany landscape.
