 Overview
Recently renovated, the estate has now been converted into 16 lovely apartments that retain many original features, some of which dating back well over a thousand years. In keeping with their heritage, these fabulous apartments have been furnished with antiques and are filled with historic charm.
During the summer months a very pleasant restaurant offering superb local cuisine is also open on the site.

Layout
There are three styles of air conditioned apartment at Pancole. All are similar, each with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, but with options of one, two or three double and twin bedrooms and shower rooms. The one and two bedroomed accommodations are available on ground or first floor, whilst the larger apartments are all on the ground floor.
Located in the living area of each apartment is a sofa bed, suitable for a child up to the age of 12, increasing the potential occupancy by one.

Ground floor or 1st floor: living-room (satellite TV) with dining area, sofa-bed (suitable for children up to 12 years old - to be paid on the spot) and kitchen corner (microwave, fridge, orange squeezer, American coffee maker), double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Pancole Unit Type T
Sleeps 4 to 5
Ground floor or 1st floor: living-room (satellite TV) with dining area, sofa-bed (available for children up to 12 years old to be paid on the spot) and kitchen corner (microwaves, orange squeezer, American coffee maker), double bedroom, twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms each with shower.
Some apartments type T have 2 double bedrooms instead of one double and one twin-bedded room.

Sleeps 6 to 7
1st floor: living-room (satellite TV) with dining area and kitchen corner (microwaves, orange squeezer, American coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms, twin-bedded room, 3 bathrooms each with shower.
Possibility of requesting an apartment with a sofa bed (available for children up to 12 years old, to be paid on the spot) in the living area or in one of the bedrooms.
Possibility to rent Pancole Q also with 3 double bedrooms.

Outside and pool
Each apartment has its own private, furnished outdoor area. In addition guests are invited to enjoy the extensive gardens with their panoramic views, the large swimming pool available from 1st May to 15th October and childrens play area. These wonderful, well maintained gardens cannot be overstated. The properties themselves are a true taste of Italian history and heritage, whilst the outdoor spaces are simply superb. It's quite possible that the biggest dilemma of your holiday will be where to spend more time, indoors or out!
