Located in the pretty little village of Vignacastrisi, under 3km from the Adriatic coast, Palazzo Guglielmo is a stunning house that underwent a complete renovation in 2008. The exact age of the property is unknown, but originally the ground floor was used for storage and domestic areas and for many years the Guglielmo family lived on the upper floor.

Today it has been transformed into an exclusive guest house. Whilst being situated in the main village square, with local shops and amenities on the doorstep, it also offers a haven of peaceful relaxation, where guests are able to enjoy personal attention and luxury accommodation.

The four double bedrooms and both suites are finished to a very high standard and are elegantly furnished. All have en suite facilities that include both shower and bath, some of which also have Jacuzzis. They are all air conditioned and have WiFi internet connection. The owners made a conscious decision not to equip the rooms with television, hoping that guest might better enjoy the atmosphere of the place without that distraction.

There are various other rooms designed for guests use, including a lounge where breakfast is served, a small library, lounge bar and a reading room. Several other rooms are available for social events and activities.

The bedrooms and suites have their own independent entrance from the attractive inner courtyard, where each has its own small table and chairs. Also outside is a large orange grove, the trees of which surround the attractive swimming pool and adjacent sun terrace.

There are further terraced areas where guests can enjoy an aperitif at sunset or make the most of cookery classes or wine tasting. This is all topped off by a fabulous roof terrace that is furnished with a large Jacuzzi.

There is one transfer service bringing people to Castro Marina from the Palazzo...
Palazzo itself is in the lovely traditional village of Vignacastrisi, just a couple of minute car ride from the sea.
