This beautiful farmhouse and its barn have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. A haven of tranquillity, the wonderful panoramic views carry the eye across the famous Vernaccia vineyards, and onwards to the medieval town of San Gimignano that sits on the horizon.
These picturesque buildings have been sympathetically renovated to create six attractive, terraced cottage style accommodations, each of which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

Layout
Agni Travel is pleased to represent two of the accommodations. The first comprises a dining and kitchen area on the ground floor as well as a double and a twin bedroom that both have doorways leading to the gardens. Upstairs the cottage has a living room and two further double bedrooms. All four bedrooms have en suite shower rooms.
The second cottage is very similar to the first in layout, apart from having a living room downstairs, and a double plus two single bedrooms upstairs. Again all bedrooms enjoy en suite shower facilities; and in this property the living room and downstairs double bedroom have the benefit of doors that lead out to the gardens.

Ground floor: large dining area with kitchen corner (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, orange squeezer) and living room (satellite TV) for 5 with outdoor access to private gravelled space, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and outdoor access to private lawn, bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
First floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower.

Outside and pool
Both cottages have their own private outdoor spaces, gravel and lawn, to the front and rear of the properties. These areas are equipped with garden tables and chairs. In addition, guests share the use of the massive garden, which is laid to lawn, as well as the large swimming pool and its sun terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols; barbecue; childrens play area and even bicycles.
The swimming pool is available from 1st May to 30th October.

Booking Conditions
During low and middle season, the minimum stay is 3 nights, with change over any days of the week. Prices on request.
During high season, the minimum stay is for 7 nights with change over on Saturdays only.
Refundable Security Deposit: 200-300 Euros (Depending on size)
Final Cleaning: 80-100 Euros (Depending on size)
