A pleasant, spacious apartment with private entrance has been created on the first floor of an outbuilding of the villa where the owners occasionally stay. The estate is located in a splendid position, immersed in the vineyards close to Castellina in Chianti.

Accommodation: (120 m2)

First floor: living room with two divan beds (suitable for teenagers), dining room, kitchen, pantry, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be united), 2 shower rooms.

Ground floor: lumber room with shared washing machine.

The house is comfortably furnished with period pieces.

Bibbiano's double and twin bedrooms which each have use of a shower room.

The swimming pool (7x14, 3m deep) is shared with the owners during their occasional visits. It is generally available from the beginning of June to the end of September, dependent upon weather.

The property has very nice outdoor areas with a gazebo, table and chairs for the exclusive use of the guests.

Heating, electricyty and final cleanings are included in the rental price.
