The majority of flights are usually available on the following days of the week: Monday and Friday. However, Agni Travel offers any day arrival/departure to most of its Corfu properties.

With the introduction of Easyjet, Tuesday and Saturday are getting more popular by the year.

Flights To Corfu

Corfu has one airport, located close to Corfu Town. The most popular charter flights to Corfu are Mondays and Fridays. There is also a daily domestic service from Athens.
(Note: when searching for flights to Corfu, the Airport is often called 'Kerkyra' or 'Kapodistrias' with flight code CFU.)
 

Easyjet offer flights from London Gatwick (LGW), Manchester and Bristol direct to Corfu.

Domestic Flights

You could also consider finding flights via Athens. This is sometimes the only option if you wish to visit Corfu before the start of the summer season.
There are two airlines that fly from Athens to Corfu.

Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines

El. Venizelos Athens Airport is a very well organized international airport, which can make the time spent between flights an enjoyable and interesting one. (The code for Athens airport is ATH)
 

If your flight to Corfu is late at night, you may decide to book a hotel and take your onward journey the next morning. (An evening in Corfu is particularly magical and there are some top-class restaurants to choose from.) There are many hotels: either close to the airport/port or within the old part of Corfu town. Corfu Arrival

Upon arrival at Corfu airport it is a short walk to the luggage reclaim area after passing through passport control. There are two luggage carousels with the flight number clearly displayed above indicating which carousel your luggage will arrive on. There are toilets in the luggage claim section as well as trolleys which are free of charge.
Please note that you can not leave this area until after you have collected your luggage as the security staff will not let you re-enter.
After you have collected your luggage you will proceed through the glass doors where you will be met by Paul from Agni Travel, your car hire provider or your taxi driver - they will have a board showing Agni Travel. Please be careful as there will be many many people waiting for arrivals so take your time checking the boards for Agni Travel.
If you have not pre-booked a Taxi with Agni Travel, outside the airport is the taxi rank to the left of the building across the road as you exit. Make sure you confirm the price with the driver before you depart.
 

Corfu Departures

Mondays and Fridays are particularly busy and because there are only a limited amount of departure check-in desks the airlines might ask you to queue up outside while waiting for your check-in desk to open. Make sure you arrive 2 hours prior to departure as the check-in desks will close 45 minutes before the flight departure time. After you have checked in you can proceed through passport control where there are some shops selling perfume and watches, a cafe and toilets.
 

Airport Notes

Within the airport building there are car hire offices, cafes and a souvenir/newspaper shop as well as toilet facilities. There is also plenty of public telephones and two cash point machines.
Note: There is no left luggage office at the airport.
