Enjoying an idyllic setting close to the beach and local amenities, Villa Dimitra is a beautiful villa sleeping 4 to 7 people.

The sandy beach is just a few steps from the villa.

Ground Floor (pool Level)

Open plan kitchen with access to outside terrace with barbeque. A separate dining area and sunken lounge with traditional fireplace, opening onto terrace and pool, a guest toilet and shower. TV and CD player are also included.

1st Floor

Upper floor includes master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms with separate shower room and toilet and large balcony.

A couple of steps lead down to the 'sunken' lounge which has French windows to the pool terrace, TV and fireplace.

Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

French doors open onto a BBQ terrace next to the pool.

There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms.

The Master bedroom enjoys the benefit of a sea view balcony and en suite bathroom.

The two twin bedrooms also have balconies with sea view and share a separate shower room.

Each bedroom has a balcony with views over the pool and sea.

There are 3 modern bathrooms. Maid service is included.

The private pool enjoys a sunny aspect and has plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

Prodromos Latchi

Prodromos Latchi: is a small hamlet between Latchi and Polis. There is a long sweeping beach and a footpath directly to Latchi.

Polis

Polis: is a pretty village with narrow streets and casual tavernas. The buildings are made of local, hand cut stone which has gently aged into a soft honey colour. It is the ideal place to meander and enjoy an afternoon drink or evening meal.

Akamas Peninsula

Akamas Peninsula: is a nature reserve, just after Latchi, which is protected by UNESCO. It was the playground of the Greek Goddess, Aphrodite. You can swim, cycle, walk and explore this very beautiful area of the island while enjoying the wild flowers and butterflies.

The Baths of Aphrodite

The Baths of Aphrodite: a mythical location where, according to legend, Aphrodite used to bathe, set within an olive grove with sweet smelling wild flowers. It is here that she met her beloved Adonis for the first time. Adonis was hunting in the Akamas forest when he stopped to quench his thirst. He was struck by the sight of the naked goddess bathing in the crystal waters. Aphrodite and Adonis were instantly bewitched by each other's extraordinary beauty. The location is now a tended garden and well worth a visit.
