Villa Annabella is a secluded 2 bedroom villa, sleeping 2-5 people, with private pool, sea views and short walking distance to beach/tavernas/shops. The villa is located just outside of the Polis/Latchi region where you find a quiet and low-key holiday ambiance with excellent beaches and tavernas.

Ground floor: Lounge, dining area, kitchen, washroom w/c. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), large family bathroom, extensive balcony overlooking pool.

The villa is set within totally private and secluded grounds.

The property has been constructed using local hand-cut stone.

The interior of Villa Annabella has been decorated with stylish and comfortable furnishings.

The living area has large comfortable leather sofas. There is a TV with Satellite channels. Patio doors open directly on to the pool patio. The villa also has Wi-Fi internet.

There is an inside dining area overlooking the pool.

The large modern fully equipped kitchen has patio doors directly on to the pool terrace - perfect for serving meals around the pool.

The are 2 air conditioned bedrooms comprising 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. An extra bed can be provided for a 5th person (child) if required.

Both bedrooms have patio doors to a large balcony overlooking the pool and sea views beyond.

Downstairs there is a washroom w/c. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom.

The large private pool offers complete seclusion. Around the pool are sun beds and sun umbrellas.

Argaka: Argaka is a quiet fruit farming community, located along a pretty coast, offering an ideal location for those who appreciate local authenticity and friendliness along with a beach holiday. There are several tavernas, bars and shops along the beach front. Above Argaka stretches the Troodos forest with its delightful walks and trails.

Kynousa

Kynousa: a small hamlet with tiny Church and local coffee-shop - which occasionally turns into an impromptu taverna offering the most amazing homemade Cypriot specialities! It is a very sleepy location and offers some very enjoyable walks into the Troodos foothills and around the Troodos lake.

Polis

Polis: is a pretty village with narrow streets and casual tavernas. The buildings are made of local, hand cut stone which has gently aged into a soft honey colour. It is the ideal place to meander and enjoy an afternoon drink or evening meal.

Pomos

Pomos: is a quaint fishing village located at the foot of the Troodos hills, ideally situated for those who enjoy walking the coastline and mountain tracks. The small harbour of Pomos is the central focal point of local life with fishing boats laden with nets and the catch of the day eagerly offered by the waterside tavernas. A magnificent Byzantine church dominates the small village centre which also offers a choice of restaurants, a coffee shop, supermarket and bank with ATM machine.

Latchi

Latchi: At Latchi you will find a laid back Cypriot village with a sandy beach and waterfront tavernas. Local life focuses on the fishing harbour. The local bars are low key and welcoming.

Akamas Peninsula

Akamas Peninsula: is a nature reserve, just after Latchi, which is protected by UNESCO. It was the playground of the Greek Goddess, Aphrodite. You can swim, cycle, walk and explore this very beautiful area of the island while enjoying the wild flowers and butterflies.

The Baths of Aphrodite

The Baths of Aphrodite: a mythical location where, according to legend, Aphrodite used to bathe, set within an olive grove with sweet smelling wild flowers. It is here that she met her beloved Adonis for the first time. Adonis was hunting in the Akamas forest when he stopped to quench his thirst. He was struck by the sight of the naked goddess bathing in the crystal waters. Aphrodite and Adonis were instantly bewitched by each other's extraordinary beauty. The location is now a tended garden and well worth a visit.
