This beautiful and comfortable villa is particularly suitable for a family party of mixed ages. Sleeping 6 to 8 people, it has one twin bedroom on the ground floor, and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The driveway leads right up to the front door and the private pool is particularly child-friendly; small details, but essential to a successful family holiday.
 

Very well equipped, the villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms. It overlooks superb views over the coastal village of Saint Stephanos, and beyond to the breathtaking panorama of the Albanian mountains and coast.
 

Entering the villa from the driveway, we find the kitchen, dining room and separate sitting room of this luxury detached villa on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out of the dining area to the pool terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom on this level.
 

Upstairs, the Master double bedroom and a twin bedroom have en suite bathrooms and access to a large furnished balcony with lovely sea views and overlooking the pool.
 

(* Note that there are three bedrooms, 2 children can be accommodated on sofa/beds in the seperate living room.)
 

The dining room is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and has patio doors leading to a useful and attractive glassed-in sun lounge. This overlooks the pool and is ideal for an outdoor meal at any time of day, or just for lounging around. Sliding doors roll back fully to allow access to the pool terrace.
 

Perfect for a breakfast with a view, the sun lounge also makes an attractive setting for evening drinks while someone else prepares the barbecue outside!
 

The separate sitting room on the ground floor has double doors leading to the front of the house. The comfortable sofas convert into sofa-beds, giving the option for accommodating two additional guests.
 

The pleasant kitchen is generously supplied with modern appliances, such as oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so that essential holiday chores can be dealt with as painlessly as possible! A breakfast room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
 

Villa Petros has three bedrooms: one double and two twins. All three are air-conditioned and have en suite bathrooms.
 

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom, with double bed and en suite bathroom, is on the upper floor and opens on to a covered terrace with superb views over the pool and across the sea. This terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture.
 

Upper Balcony

The master bedroom opens on to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and sea views beyond.
 

Twin Bedroom

There is also a twin bedroom upstairs, with en suite bathroom. It also opens on to a terrace.
 

2nd Twin Bedroom

The second twin bedroom is on the ground floor and also has en suite bathroom.
 

All three bedrooms have beautiful modern bathrooms with showers.

Villa Petros has a particularly lovely swimming pool, set into paved terraces with glorious views out over the hills and across the sea to the mainland mountains. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and six sun loungers are provided. A built-in BBQ and patio dining furniture complete the relaxed and easygoing atmosphere of this perfect family villa.
 

The pool area has been designed to be really child friendly, and for additional peace of mind, child safety rails with gates can be erected, if required, in order to prevent children from having direct access to the pool.

Down at the harbour you can find local fishermen bringing home the morning catch. in Kassiopi you will also find a selection of Tavernas, bars, shops and several beaches. In fact, there is something for everyone. The teens in your party will especially appreciate the evening nightlife - with several music bars and 'low key' clubs, it is a safe environment for them to meet friends.

Kerasia

Kerasia is a long sweeping beach and one of the most beautiful on the island, with excellent swimming and snorkelling.
